Live meeting agent

You talk.
It builds.

Moltn joins your meeting, hears the ideas as you say them, and builds while you keep talking. Slide decks, working prototypes, mockups and diagrams, ready by the time you hang up. Notetakers tell you what was said. Moltn builds it.

You arrived through an invite. Confirm your email and your friend moves up the queue.

Once you are in, every confirmed invite moves you up the queue. Rather see it live first? Book a 20 minute demo: a real meeting where you talk and get the artifacts afterwards.

What you get

Not a summary. The thing itself.

Every artifact starts as a sentence someone said out loud. Moltn quotes it, builds it, and delivers it while the idea is still warm.

Slide decks

We need three slides for the investor call: problem, solution, market.

A presentation-ready deck, structured and branded, not bullet-point soup.

said 10:14, delivered 10:19

Working prototypes

Imagine a script that pulls the prices from their site every night.

Runnable code you can open in the browser or hand to a developer.

said 14:02, delivered 14:06

Mockups

The signup page should feel like a checklist, not a form.

A clickable screen you can react to, instead of debating in the abstract.

said 09:41, delivered 09:44

Diagrams

So the data flows from the webhook, through the queue, into the report.

Architecture and flow diagrams drawn from what was actually said.

said 11:27, delivered 11:30

Documents

Send them a one-pager with the offer we just discussed.

Proposals, one-pagers and briefs, written from the meeting itself.

said 15:50, delivered 15:54

Action lists

Someone needs to follow up with legal before Friday.

Owners and deadlines captured in the moment, not reconstructed later.

said 16:03, delivered 16:05

How it works

Three steps. No new habits.

1
Before

Invite Moltn

Paste your meeting link. Moltn joins Google Meet, Zoom or Teams as a visible participant and greets the room, so everyone knows it is there.

2
During

It hears the buildable ideas

Moltn listens for ideas worth building and shows them as cards, live. Approve with one click, or say build this and it starts immediately, while you keep talking.

3
After

Hang up. Open your inbox.

Finished artifacts arrive by email, Slack or Teams, many before the meeting even ends, with shareable links. Everything is kept in your searchable library.

From a real meeting

58 minutes of talking. 3 artifacts before goodbye.

3
artifacts built live during the meeting: a diagram, a mockup and a working scraper prototype
under 2 min
build time per artifact, from approval to a link you can open
1

0
follow-up meetings needed to remember what the idea actually was

This was an ordinary product meeting between three people. Nobody changed how they talked. The ideas surfaced as cards while the conversation moved on, and the prototypes were open in a browser tab before the recap email would normally have been written.

Second brain

It builds. It also remembers.

  • Syncs with Obsidian. Install the Moltn plugin and your vault becomes the shared brain: your notes flow in as searchable context, alongside your full meeting history.
  • Ask mid-meeting. Wonder aloud what was decided last time, and Moltn posts the answer in the meeting chat, with sources.
  • Notes written back, files stay yours. Meeting notes land in your vault via the plugin, and Moltn deletes its copy once your vault has them. Your vault is the source of truth.
  • Teach it your craft. Drop example quotes and protocols in a folder, and Moltn writes new ones in your structure, your tone, your level of detail.
You: What did we decide with Robin about pricing last time?
You agreed to launch with a flat early-access price and revisit per-seat tiers after the first ten customers. Robin pushed for annual billing from day one.

Mobile dictation

No meeting? Dictate it.

  • An app on your phone. Moltn installs straight from the browser: one tap on the home screen, in the car after a site visit or between customer calls.
  • Speak, don't type. Dictate a quote, an inspection protocol or a note. Moltn transcribes it and picks the right document template on its own.
  • Same library, same delivery. The finished document lands in your searchable library and your inbox, exactly like an artifact from a meeting.

Privacy and trust

A meeting bot you can defend to your DPO.

Moltn records meetings, so we hold it to a higher bar than a normal SaaS. Plain answers, in plain language.

Hosted in the EU

Moltn runs in Stockholm. Your transcripts, artifacts and meeting history are stored on servers in the EU; the parts of the pipeline that still involve US sub-processors are listed openly in our Trust Center.

Your own installation

Each customer gets a dedicated instance. Your data is never pooled with other customers, and it is never used to train AI models.

GDPR, operationalised

DPA on request (final legal review underway), data export on demand, audit log, two-factor accounts, and a sub-processor list you can actually read.

Recording discipline

Audio only, never video. The bot is visible and announces itself. Recordings are deleted after 72 hours; you control retention for the rest.

You approve what builds

Nothing is built or sent anywhere without your approval, unless you explicitly turn auto-build on. Outward actions are opt-in, always.

Open by design

Artifacts are plain HTML and markdown you can take anywhere. API, MCP and CLI access mean you are never locked in, and notes sync into your own Obsidian vault.

We publish our full security and data posture in our Trust Center, including the parts where we are not yet fully EU-sovereign: AI processing (Claude) and dictation speech-to-text currently run with US providers under EU transfer safeguards, and our encrypted backup replica is moving to an EU provider. We would rather be honest than badge-covered.

FAQ

The questions everyone asks.

Which meeting platforms does it work with?
Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams. You paste the meeting link and Moltn joins as a participant. No plugins, no browser extensions, nothing to install for the other people in the call.
Do the other participants see the bot?
Yes, always. Moltn appears in the participant list and posts a short greeting in the meeting chat so everyone knows the meeting is being transcribed. Hidden recording is not something we will ever build.
What can it actually build?
Slide decks, working code prototypes, UI mockups, diagrams, documents and action lists. Artifacts are delivered as links you can open, share and download. If an idea fits more than one format, Moltn suggests the alternatives on the same card.
What if it hears an idea wrong?
Ideas show up as cards with the exact quote and a confidence score. Nothing is built until you approve it, and you can dismiss a card with one click. If you want full autopilot, auto-build is a setting you turn on yourself.
Where does my data live?
Stored in Stockholm, in an installation dedicated to you. Meeting audio is deleted after 72 hours and video is never recorded. AI processing currently uses Anthropic in the US under EU transfer safeguards; the full picture, including every sub-processor, is in the Trust Center.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your meetings, notes and artifacts are never used to train models, ours or anyone else's.
Does it only work in meetings?
No. Moltn is also a dictation app on your phone: speak a quote, an inspection protocol or a note, and the finished document is built and delivered just like a meeting artifact. A dictated document counts as one build on your plan.
Does it work with Obsidian?
Yes, through the official Moltn plugin. Meeting notes are written straight into your vault, your own notes sync up as context for answers and documents, and Moltn deletes its copy of a note once your vault has picked it up. Your vault stays the source of truth.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. The Team plan adds seats on the same installation, so everyone shares one library and one second brain: your colleague's meeting last week is context for your meeting today. Per-seat pricing from 2 seats, with admin controls for who can change settings.
What does it cost?
Free to try on your own meetings; paid plans from 279 kr per user per month; see the pricing page for what each plan includes. Moltn is in early access: founding customers get hands-on onboarding and the founding rate, Pro at 179 kr per month (list 279 kr), locked for as long as the subscription runs.
How does the waitlist work?
Join with your email and confirm it, and you get a spot plus a personal invite link. Every person who joins through your link and confirms moves you up the queue. Three confirmed invites lock in the founding rate, Pro at 179 kr per month; five put you in the first onboarding cohort. We onboard strictly in queue order.

Bring Moltn to your next meeting.

Join the waitlist, invite a colleague or two, and you are suddenly at the front. Founding customers get hands-on onboarding and the 179 kr founding rate, locked in.
